The ‘Because We Care’ program is our charitable initiative aimed at uplifting communities throughout Manitoba. Each year, we allocate $25,000 to support community-driven projects and initiatives, contributing to the betterment of neighborhoods and the well-being of their residents. This financial commitment reflects our dedication to fostering growth, unity, and prosperity in the areas that have embraced us as their insurance broker.

Beyond financial contributions, we believe in the power of active involvement and education. Our program encompasses various aspects, including:

• Community Projects: Our main BWC Donations support a range of community-driven projects.
• Community Engagement Award Bursary Program: Providing financial assistance to students through our Community Engagement Award. Recognizing outstanding contributions to community development.
• Volunteering Initiatives: Many of our passionate staff members actively volunteer in their communities, whether it’s lending a hand at town festivals, participating in local events, or supporting initiatives at the community club.
