WINNIPEG, MB, October 2026 – ONE Insurance is pleased to announce the appointment of Kelly Melchor as President & Chief Executive Officer.
A respected insurance and financial services leader with more than 20 years of industry experience, Kelly joined ONE Insurance on October 13, 2026, bringing a strong track record of strategic leadership, organizational growth, innovation, and people development.
Most recently serving as Chief Executive Officer of Winnipeg Insurance Brokers Ltd., Kelly has spent her career helping organizations grow while fostering strong workplace cultures and meaningful client relationships. Her experience spans multiple areas of the insurance and financial services industry, along with executive leadership, governance, business transformation, and team member engagement.
