Appreciation Week 2026: Celebrating Our Communities

At ONE Insurance, our customers are at the heart of everything we do. That’s why each year, we take a dedicated week to say thank you.

Customer Appreciation Week 2026 runs from July 20 to July 24, and we’re excited to once again celebrate the people and communities who make our work so rewarding.

Why We Celebrate Customer Appreciation Week

Customer Appreciation Week is our way of recognizing the trust our clients place in us every day. Whether you’re stopping in for advice, protecting what matters most, or simply saying hello, you are the reason we do what we do.

This week allows us to:

  • Show gratitude to our customers and communities
  • Connect face-to-face outside of regular business interactions
  • Support local vendors and small businesses
  • Create a welcoming, fun experience at our branches

It’s more than just a thank-you—it’s a celebration of community.

Who Is Invited?

Everyone is welcome.

Whether you’re a long-time customer, new to ONE Insurance, or simply live or work near one of our locations, we invite you to stop by and join us. Bring a friend, a coworker, or your family. These events are open to the public and designed to be inclusive and welcoming.

What to Expect During the Week

With 29 locations across Manitoba, Customer Appreciation Week looks a little different depending on where you visit—but the goal is always the same: great food, friendly faces, and a chance to connect.

On-Site Events (Monday–Friday, 11 a.m. – 2 p.m.)

Many of our branches are hosting barbecues and food truck events featuring local favourites like Mister K and Hickory Dogz.

Treats + Prize Pack Locations (Wednesday–Friday)

Not every branch is able to host an event for many different reasons—but that doesn’t mean they’re missing out on the fun. And if this is your home branch, just know you are welcome to attend any of the events throughout the week.

The following locations will have in-branch treats Wednesday through Friday, along with a prize pack giveaway draw at 2 p.m. on July 24th:
