Born and raised in Selkirk, Vina has long been a familiar face in the community. Now, she’s bringing that experience full circle.
After many successful years with ONE Insurance, Vina has returned to her roots to take on a new leadership role as Regional Lead for both our Selkirk (Main) and Selkirk (West) locations.
“It feels like coming home,” Vina shares in a recent video interview. “This community has always been such an important part of who I am. Being able to support it in this role, alongside a team I believe in, is incredibly meaningful.”

In her new role as Regional Lead, Vina is focused on guiding her teams, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring both Selkirk locations continue to deliver exceptional service.
She’s joined by Regional Manager Darci Loehmer, who also brings deep experience and leadership to the region. Together, Vina and Darci have transitioned from the Interlake region to lead the Selkirk branches — combining their knowledge, energy, and shared commitment to community-focused service.
